    Was the sun a different color in ancient times, and was it a different size also?

    Hi Degen.
    No, We think the Sun does change over very long periods of time (billions of years), but humans, let alone human civilizations (which have existed only for thousands of years), have not been around long at all compared to the Sun.
    The Sun's size and color have not changed over the course of human civilization.
    Some things like the amount of solar activity (including sunspots) do seem to have changed, though.
