    Hello again Mark,
I try to ride my hometrainer bike every day.
I used to do aerobics and fitness, but can't run or jump anymore due to health problems.

Hi Mark, When I get a chance I play volleyball. I also run most mornings and get to play a little soccer and baseball with my kids. I also enjoy hiking and swimming when I get a chance. -Christina

    Hi Mark,

I am not very good at team sports, although when I first entered high school (ages ago!) I wasn't bad at basketball. Now though, I like to run and have done two marathons. Last August, I participated in my first triathlon, which was lots of fun. I really like mixing up the events: running, biking, and swimming. I think it's really important to exercise the body AND the mind. There's a saying in Latin, "mens sana in corpore sano" that means "a sound mind in a sound body"...and it's true!

    Stay healthy,
    Mitzi Adams
