Hello Brenda, I think I was always a scientist at heart. As a child I was never willing to accept something just because a teacher or adult told me it was true, I had to have everything proved to me. And as I grew up, I found that I had an aptitude for science and math so when I got to college, I decided to major in astronomy. You can read more about how I got here on my bio page. As far as it being fun, yes it is. I think my job is a great deal of fun, otherwise I wouldn't do it. As with any job though, I do get frustrated sometimes. But luckily, the amazing things I get to see and do make up for the bad days -Dawn
