    That is a very difficult question!
    The Sun is about 4,6 billion years old and is expected to live about 4.6 billion years more.

    Humans just came around: the estimate is that our early ancestors existed a few million years ago.

    My guess is that we will have destroyed ourselves a long time before the Sun disappears.
