    Are there any other missions planned to study the sun in the future other than the ones we have currently?

    Yes,
    For instance there is a NASA sponsored mission the works called PUNCH which will study CMEs and the Solar Wind. It is scheduled to launch in 2024

    Scheduled to launch in the next year or two are China's ASO-S and India's Aditya-L1.

    There is a joint mission from Japan in partnership with Europe and the US currently named Solar-C in the works as well

    There are also upcoming missions designed to focus on space weather prediction being planed by space weather precision agencies.
