Has the Parker Solar Probe been able to get a good look at Venus?

    Hi,

The cameras on Parker are not tuned to effectively look at Venus (Venus is covered in clouds, so you really want a camera that can look through those), but surprisingly they got some really exciting images. You can read about the images taken during one of the flybys last year here: http://parkersolarprobe.j...le.php?articleID=160

Since then there was another, closer flyby on February, so we're hoping to get even better pictures!

In addition to this, there are a lot of instruments on Parker than can measure the environment around Venus... the particles and fields. The data are still being examined but it looks like there are some interesting observations there too.
