    cynthia m I know aurora's are caused by solar storms, and have seen pictures of them on other planets like jupiter and saturn. Have they been seen on neptune or uranus?

    Hi Cynthia! Yes, indeed they have. Because these planets' magnetic fields are weaker amore complex, though, the aurorae look a bit different, and not localized to the poles.     HI and guess what, big solar flare happened just a few hours ago, and it made some very cool radio bursts. You can hear audio recordings of them from spaceweather.com. It's very impressive!!!
