Is it still possible for a planet to form in our solar system today?

The probability of a planet forming in our solar system today is very small. So, essentially the answer is no. Most of the planets were formed in the very early stages of the solar system when there was a lot of mass circling and starting to clump together from gravity, eventually pulling clumps together to form planets and moons. That is a very dynamic process. At this point, most of the mass of the solar system has found its "home" as different large and small bodies throughout the solar system and new planets won't form.
