Curious about the size of the sun compared to others in universe. Is it considered small, tiny?

Our Sun is about average-sized. The smallest stars are neutron-stars, left over after a star goes nova, they are only about the size of New York City!! The largest stars are red-giants that are have a diameter over 1000 times larger than our Sun.
