    Emily w do you think solar energy will ever be used to power passenger vehicles instead of electric battery of hydrogen?

    Hi Emily,

    It is possible this may happen someday. Every year there are competitions for science and engineering students to build solar powered cars that are entered into a race. Here are web sites from the University of Minnesota and Univesity of Michigan solar car teams.
