    Craig (SA)

How would our Sun compare in size to the nearest other (Sun)/star in space?

    Hi Craig!

You can find a list of the nearest stars to the Sun e.g. from http://en.wikipedia.org/w...ist_of_nearest_stars

Alpha Centauri's radius is 1.3 that of Sun. The second closest star, Barnard's star is smaller, its radius is only about 20% of the Sun's radii. Also the third largest start, Wolf 359 is about as small as Barnard's start.
