Do you think that there is life on other planets? Tara (FWMS)

    Hi Tara,

I think there is likely to be life on other planets. It probably won't look like us and may not even be intelligent (as most of us like to think of ourselves). There are so many different stars and solar systems and planets out there it is hard to believe there isn't some combination possible of sustaining life in some form.

    Best,

    Christina

    Hi Tara,

I agree with Christina, but I'll go a step further. If you take into account not only our galaxy, but the countless millions, perhaps billions of others across the known universe, I'll bet there are other civilizations out there, some perhaps advanced beyond our wildest imagination, some not. We're also seeing evidence now of nearby star systems (solar systems) with orbiting planets. Some of these solar systems may harbor planets similar to Earth.

I'll have to admit, I've been a big fan of many science ficition series, most notably star trek and others. Personally, I believe there is life on other worlds, which could look like us, perhaps be a bit different looking, but none the less still intelligent, and worlds that probably have many species of life similar to our Earth. Think about it, other worlds, other cultures, different life forms, ranging from almost human-like, to animal, repitle, sea life, the possibilities are endless!
