When will the sun die out, and what will happen to the Milkey Way?

The Sun has been around for about 4.5 billion years, and is expected to live for about 5 billion more. http://curious.astro.corn...stion.php?number=389 The Sun is but a little star in the Milky Way, which contains 200 to 400 billion stars. Personally, I think the rest of the Milky Way doesn't really care about our Sun..
