Absolutely I will be watching with my family. We take photographs and monitor the temperature, but mostly we will be enjoying the show. Don't miss it! You MUST be in the zone of totality to be able to see the amazing corona! Only in the zone of totality, and ONLY during totality, you can take off your special solar filters (or "eclipse glasses"). The rest of the time you need special filters or projection techniques. There will also be an "annular" eclipse on October 14, 2023, but for that one you will need special glasses all the time - it is never safe to look directly at the sun during an annular eclipse. I have a website with more information and will be adding more in the next few weeks
