IS there any missions being planned or studied about going back to Venus with a robotic lander?

Hi - hmmm, I honestly don't know, and so will defer to my colleagues. Our technology has improved such that a new mission would certainly be more capable now...

Hello! The European Space Agency will launch the BepiColombo Mission to study Mercury in October-November 2018. It is expected to arrive at Mercury sometime in 2024. Along the way, it will do gravity-assist flybys of Earth and Venus. I believe that the two BepiColombo spacecraft will make observations of Venus during the flybys, but they do not have a lander.

Lori Glaze at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center is currently working on the Venus In situ Composition Investigations (VICI) mission concept and developing the Venus Element and Mineralogy Camera to operate under the harsh conditions on Venus. The instrument will use lasers on a lander to measure the mineralogy and elemental composition of rocks on the surface of Venus. However, this mission concept is still under development.
