Do any of you like water sports, and do you always practice safety regarding exposure to the sun? thank you..

I love to swim, and have participated in a few triathlons. But when I was young, I did not respect the Sun and had a great deal of sunburn, which can cause skin cancer. So far, I have not had a problem, but now I always use sunscreen. This is a good thing to do, because sunburn is VERY painful.
