ok I'll ask since no one else has done it.
Will vampires come out when the solar eclipse turns everything dark? O_o
Or is there not enough time?
    thank u

    Hi Manny,

The upcoming solar eclipse (August 2017) in the US will only have about 2.7 minutes of totality, so not a long time. My guess is if you haven't seen vampires come out at night, especially times of the new moon, you aren't likely to see them during the eclipse.

But, if you have a chance to see this eclipse in August, I highly recommend it!

Christina's right. I've known several people to travel far and wide to observe eclipses and none of them have reported seeing vampires. Must not be long enough....

Sorry - I just realized there was a typo in my answer (although not about the vampires...)
The totality will be about 7 minutes (not 2.7). Still pretty short.
