Hi my name is Tina A,13 from Aerospace and Engineering. I was wondering why stars appear small from our view but in space they are huge. If they were that huge wouldn't they appear visable during the daytime?

Hi Tina!  All other stars except the Sun are so far away that we see them as tiny spots although in reality they are huge. Some stars are really huge, for example the star named Canis Majoris. Its radius is about 2000 times larger than the Sun's radius, but it is almost 5000 light years away from us. Emilia
